Why does the OTR office continue to suprise RAPE people on Registration Day?

Today, I when to register for my classes. I got to school early, got a close spot to the front of the line, finally when I got to the office to register, I was blocked for FEES!!! I had Paid all my fees in full, CASH, on the same day that I registered. But OK, i will pay the "due FEES" so that i Can register and then they told me that i have to go through a a neverending process from one place to another. At the end of all of it, I was left feeling betrayed, embarassed, confused, disoriented, uncomfortable, Tired, and distraught. So yeah, basically I was raped by registeration AGAIN for the fourth time!!!..... And now for your comic, enjoy!
